AMCHAM means Business in South Australia
AMCHAM is Australia’s largest international Chamber of Commerce. AMCHAM provides members with preferred access and special privileges in Australia’s most diverse business events program.
AMCHAM events are regarded as among the most professional, respected, and well-attended events of their type in Australia. They attract leaders and decisions-makers from corporate, industry and Government sectors and focus on topical issues which affect business and the economy.
You do not have to do business with the USA to benefit from membership of AMCHAM or attend our events.
Founded in 1961 the Chamber's objectives are to provide assistance to US and Australian companies and promote trade, commerce and investment between Australia and the US and in the Asia Pacific region. We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane. AMCHAM also provides information on trade and general business activities.
The Chamber represents the business views of its members before government in Washington and Canberra. Through the Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce (APCAC), AMCHAM Australia is involved in issues that affect American and Australian businesses operating in the Asia-Pacific region.
